AECLINIC helps patients navigate breast aesthetic surgery in Dubai: from the first inquiry and consultation to organizing the hospital day and recovery. The medical part is delivered by the physician and the hospital.

By using the aeclinic.ae website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is owned and operated by AECLINIC Therapeutic Services Brokerage L.L.C. — a company registered in Dubai that develops the AECLINIC breast aesthetic surgery center and supports patients at the organizational stage.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is for informational purposes only. Materials on the Website do not constitute a public offer, medical prescription, or guarantee of treatment outcome. Decisions regarding the need for and approach to surgery are made only after an in-person consultation and examination.

3. Appointments and Consultations

By submitting a form on the Website, you confirm that the contact details provided are accurate and consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

AECLINIC may decline to process an inquiry or provide support without providing reasons if the inquiry does not align with the center's scope or medical indications.

4. Intellectual Property

All Website materials — text, photographs, logos, design, and structure — are protected by copyright. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without the written consent of the rights holder is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

AECLINIC strives to keep information on the Website up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. AECLINIC is not liable for:

decisions made based on Website materials without a physician's consultation;
temporary unavailability of the Website due to technical reasons;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law.

9. Changes to Terms

AECLINIC may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The revised version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
