Body contouring and fat grafting

A comprehensive approach to localised fat deposits and volume restoration while preserving natural proportions.

A sculpture in perfectly smooth continuous drapery - liposuction and body contouring
About the procedure
What matters to understand.
Hands smoothing fabric to a perfectly even surface - work on the body contour

Liposuction models the contour of individual zones but is not a weight-loss method or a treatment for obesity.

The result depends on fat distribution, skin elasticity, the muscular framework and weight stability. Sometimes liposuction alone is not enough if there is marked skin excess.

In lipofilling, part of the harvested fat is prepared and transferred to areas where volume needs to be gently restored.

Who it is for
Indications.
Localised fat deposits at a relatively stable weight
Disrupted proportions of the abdomen, waist, back, hips or legs
A need to gently restore volume of the face or hands
A wish to reduce one area and correct another in a single plan
Correction options
What is included.
01
Abdominal liposuction

Work on localised deposits of the abdominal wall and waist. With skin excess, an abdominoplasty may be discussed.

02
Leg and thigh liposuction

Correction of the inner and outer thigh surfaces, the knee area and other zones according to individual indications.

03
Back liposuction

Modelling of the lateral and posterior contours of the torso, taking transitions between neighbouring anatomical zones into account.

04
Facial lipofilling

Transfer of the patient's own fat tissue to restore soft volume and harmonise facial contours.

05
Hand lipofilling

Correction of soft-tissue deficiency on the back of the hands for a smoother, softer contour.

The Professor Fayzullin's approach
An individual plan, based on anatomy.

Good liposuction is invisible as an operation: what shows is cleaner transitions and a balanced silhouette.

The plan is built not around separate "problem spots" but around a full-circle assessment of the body. Professor Fayzullin takes neighbouring zones, skin quality and how the contour looks in motion into account.

Clinical principle
Contour matters more than volume

The amount of tissue removed does not by itself define the quality of the result. Evenness, smooth transitions and tissue safety matter more.

Steps
How the journey unfolds.
01
Proportion assessment

Examination in several positions, defining the correction zones and skin quality.

02
Medical plan

Work-up, risk assessment and discussion of possible procedure combinations.

03
Marking

The surgeon marks zones, boundaries and transitions immediately before surgery.

04
Contouring

Fat is removed through small access points; in lipofilling part of the tissue is prepared for transfer.

05
Compression

Compression garments and an individual activity regimen are used after surgery.

06
Result maturation

Swelling subsides gradually, so the contour is assessed dynamically at follow-up visits.

Common questions
FAQ

Didn't find an answer? Ask your question directly.

Does liposuction help you lose weight?
+
No. It is a procedure for correcting localised deposits and proportions, not a general weight-loss method.
Will the skin tighten after fat removal?
+
The skin's ability to contract depends on its elasticity, age and the scope of correction. Sometimes a skin-excision procedure is required.
Will the fat come back?
+
Removed fat cells do not regenerate in the same number, but the remaining ones can enlarge with weight gain. A stable weight helps maintain the result.
Does all the fat survive after lipofilling?
+
No, part of the transferred tissue is naturally resorbed. The final volume is assessed once the tissues have stabilised.
Can several zones be treated at once?
+
Sometimes yes, but the safe scope of intervention is determined only after work-up and an assessment of overall condition.
When is the result visible?
+
Changes are noticeable once the early swelling subsides, and the final contour forms gradually.
