I do not live in Dubai. How is the process organised?
Most of our patients travel from other countries. The pathway is designed with this in mind: online consultation → visit to Dubai for in-person assessment and surgery → return home → online follow-up → scheduled visits for review. The AECLINIC personal coordinator assists with accommodation, logistics, and documentation.
How many days do I need to be in Dubai?
A minimum of 7-10 days. This includes 1-2 days for consultations and investigations, the day of surgery, 1-2 days as an inpatient, and 5-7 days for initial recovery. The exact duration is confirmed at consultation.
Do I need a visa?
Citizens of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and most CIS countries can obtain a UAE visa on arrival at the airport for 30 days. If a longer stay is required, a medical letter can be prepared through the hospital or treating physician to support a tourist medical visa application.
Where should I stay during recovery?
The AECLINIC team has a list of recommended hotels within 5-10 minutes of Dubai Healthcare City. The coordinator suggests options to suit your budget and preferences - from serviced apartments to Bulgari Resort. The choice is yours.
How is payment arranged?
The cost is confirmed after consultation and selection of a personal plan. Payment is accepted in cash, by bank transfer, or by card according to the agreed package.
Can I receive a written report from the surgeon?
Yes. After an in-person consultation, you receive a medical report describing the assessment, recommended approach, and clinical rationale. The document is issued in English; a Russian translation can be provided if required.
Can you achieve a beautiful, full shape without silicone at all?
Yes, through a lift using your own tissue or lipofilling - transferring your own fat.
Is it true that you cannot breastfeed after implants?
No, if the access is under the muscle through the inframammary fold. With caution, if the incision went directly through the areolar tissue.
Do implants have to be replaced every 10 years?
No, if there are no complaints and the ultrasound is perfect. Yes, if you want a different size or your tissues changed after childbirth.
Will a man immediately feel that the breasts are augmented?
No, if there is enough natural tissue. Yes, if a very firm, large implant is placed directly under the skin on a slender woman.
Can scars really be hidden so no one finds them?
Yes, with transaxillary access. Almost invisible - along the areola edge or in the fold under the breast.
What happens to the breasts if you suddenly lose 10 kg?
Nothing critical, if you have firm skin. Slight laxity may appear if the natural fat layer above the implant is lost.
Would you refuse a petite woman a size 4?
Definitely yes, if the chest is narrow. I would offer a compromise - maximum size 2.5-3, so the result stays aesthetic.
Will nipples lose sensitivity after surgery?
Sensitivity temporarily decreases in the first couple of months for almost everyone. It returns fully once innervation recovers.
Round or anatomical implants: which look more natural?
Anatomical - if there is little natural tissue. Round - if you want a full upper pole and a beautiful neckline.
What is the main trend now - natural look or full volume?
In Moscow - the natural «ballerina» trend, anatomical subtlety. In Dubai - a bold accent, striking neckline and volume.
What do women most often say right after surgery?
The first half: «Why didn't I do this earlier?» The second: «Doctor, could it have been half a size bigger?»
Can breasts be made exactly like in a favourite blogger's photo?
In real life - no, everyone has their own anatomy and chest width. In a photo with the right lighting - yes, but we operate for life.
What is the main difference in requests between Moscow and Dubai?
In Moscow, micro-scars and discretion are critical. In Dubai, patients are more demanding about shape and push-up effect, but more relaxed about access.
If a patient asks for a size that does not suit her, what do you do?
Either I decline with clear reasoning if it is dangerous for the tissues, or I find a compromise volume that enhances the silhouette.
How many women come for revision after other surgeons?
Roughly one in three. Some correct technical errors and asymmetry, others have simply matured to change volume or shape.
Are implants placed once and for life?
Technically, an implant is lifelong. But your body changes: after childbirth, weight fluctuations, or after 15 years the procedure is often updated.
Who would you immediately refuse surgery to?
Those with unstable weight or acne in the décolletage area. And those who are categorically afraid of the possibility of future correction.
How do you distinguish a real professional from a pretty picture on social media?
An Instagram surgeon promises eternal results with zero risk. An experienced doctor will show work in motion and honestly name all limitations.
Can you become addicted to plastic surgery, like a dopamine hit?
Yes, if the body is used to cover psychological trauma. No, if the surgery was a conscious step toward self-confidence.
What secret complexes do women most often come with at 25?
Some have feared undressing with the lights on for years. Others have hidden asymmetry under oversized clothing their whole life.
How much time should pass from the first meeting to surgery?
From 2 weeks to a month. That is enough to filter out a spur-of-the-moment impulse and calmly approve the shape.
Why is it sometimes helpful to see a psychologist before surgery?
If the goal is to love yourself, surgery will work. If the goal is to keep a man or please social media, plastic surgery will only deepen the crisis.
How do men actually react to augmented breasts?
In 95% of cases - with full enthusiasm, if the size is proportional. Negatively - only if the implant looks like an unnatural ball.
Why is cheap breast augmentation a trap?
When you economise, you pay for cheap anaesthesia and a conveyor-belt approach. In the premium segment you buy safety, certified implants and meticulous stitching.
