Augmentation is the most common procedure in breast aesthetic surgery. That is also why it often seems simple. In reality, it is not.

The outcome does not depend on choosing an implant from a catalog. It depends on anatomy: chest width, tissue density, skin condition, baseline symmetry, and nipple position.

The same procedure on two patients with different anatomy produces different results. That is why planning is always individualized.

Who it is for
Indications.
Insufficient breast volume (hypoplasia)
Breast asymmetry - congenital or acquired
Volume restoration after breastfeeding
Desire to change shape without a lift (when ptosis is absent)
The Professor Fayzullin's approach
Decisions are made from data, not the surgeon's preferences.

A mandatory step before surgery is breast tissue density measurement. It shows breast tissue density, which directly affects complication risk and the final aesthetic outcome.

With medium or soft tissue density, a standard technique is used. With dense tissue - a modified approach or, in selected cases, a two-stage procedure.

From Tagir Fayzullin's doctoral dissertation
Analysis of 5,000 clinical cases
Tissue density is the main predictor of complications.

Based on analysis of 5,000 cases, breast tissue type determines postoperative complication risk more strongly than most other factors. Breast tissue density measurement is an objective method for assessing this factor before surgery.

Implants
Which implants we use.

We work with implants from leading manufacturers with international certification. The specific choice depends on anatomy, desired outcome, and the patient's individual preferences.

All implants we use carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty against rupture and capsular contracture.

The choice of manufacturer and implant model is discussed together at consultation - after tissue density measurement data and with the patient's goals in mind.

Steps
How the journey unfolds.
01
Initial consultation

60-90 minutes. Examination, goal discussion, medical history review. Introduction to the surgical approach.

02
Workup

Breast ultrasound with tissue density measurement, lab tests, consultations with internist and anesthesiologist.

03
Implant selection

Joint choice of shape, volume, and profile based on workup findings.

04
Surgery

Under general anesthesia, in the AACSH inpatient setting. Duration - 1.5-2 hours.

05
Recovery

One night in hospital. Return to desk work in 5-7 days. Final result - in 3-6 months.

06
One year of follow-up

Check-ups at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery. The surgeon personally manages every case.

Common questions
FAQ

Didn't find an answer? Ask your question directly.

How long does recovery take?
+
You can return to desk work in 5 days and to physical activity in 4-6 weeks. The final result develops over 3-6 months, when implants settle into their final position and swelling fully resolves.
Will scars be visible?
+
Any surgery leaves scars. Modern closure techniques and an individually chosen incision (inframammary, periareolar, or transaxillary) help make them as discreet as possible. The optimal approach for your anatomy is discussed at consultation.
Will I still be able to breastfeed?
+
The answer depends on the chosen incision and implant placement. Most techniques allow lactation to be preserved - this is always discussed at consultation with your plans in mind.
Do implants need to be replaced over time?
+
Modern implants do not have an expiration date. Replacement is required only when indications arise - capsular contracture, implant damage, or a desire to change size. For many patients, the originally placed implants last a lifetime without replacement.
Can I see results from previous patients?
+
Under Dubai Health Authority rules, before-and-after photos are not published publicly. We show the clinic's full case portfolio at an in-person consultation, after signing a confidentiality agreement.
How much does the procedure cost?
+
Cost is determined individually and depends on the chosen implant, scope of work, and case complexity. The exact price is discussed at consultation, after complete workup.
